HONEYWELL H901 FFP2 MASK FEATURES:

This product can be used for both oil and non-oil particles protection in industries widely, such as construction, mining, textile, manufacturing, wood processing, pharmacy, electronics and automotive manufacturing.

 

FEATURES:

  1. Prevent both oil and non-oil particles and the filtering efficiency exceeds 94%;
  2. The nose clip is made of high-strength plastic composite metal, and its bending resistance capacity is enhanced significantly compared with the metal nose clip;
  3. The advanced sealing material is used for the nose pad, characterized by high fitness, softness and comfort; it can relieve the pressure on the nose bridge and make you feel more comfortable;
  4. The elastic headband can help to relieve the pressure from the head; and it is suitable for long hours of use;
  5. The big size offers much breathing space inside, more comfort.

 

USE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Failure to follow all instructions and limitations concerning the use of the respirator and/or failure to wear the respirator for the whole duration of exposure to contaminants can seriously reduce the performance characteristics of the respirator and lead to illness, injury or death.
  2. Before occupational use of this respirator, a written respiratory protection program must be implemented meeting all the local government requirements.
  3. Discard the respirator and replace with a new one if:
  • Filtering face pieces are to be inspected prior to each use to assure there are no holes in the breathing zone other than the punctures around staples and no damage has occurred. Enlarged holes resulting from ripped or torn filter material around staple punctures are considered damage.
  • Excessive clogging of the respirator causes breathing difficulty.
  • The respirator becomes damaged.
  1. Leave the contaminated area if dizziness, irritation or other distress occurs

 

WARNING:

This respirator helps protect against certain contaminants. It may not eliminate the risk of contracting disease or infection.
Misuse may result in sickness or death.
Materials which may come into contact with the wearer’s skin could cause allergic reactions to susceptible individuals.

 

USE LIMITATION:

  1. Do NOT use the respirator or enter or stay in a contaminated area under the following circumstances:
  • atmosphere contains less than 19.5% oxygen
  • atmosphere contains oil aerosols
  • for protection against gases or vapors
  • contaminants or their concentrations are unknown or immediately dangerous to life or health
  • concentrations or contaminants exceed maximum use concentrations in applicable European standards or applicable government regulations or 10 times the PEL (Permissible Exposure Limit), whichever is lower
  • for sandblasting, paint-spray operations, asbestos
  1. Do NOTmodify or misuse the respirator.
    3. Do NOTuse the respirator with beards or other facial hair that interferes with direct contact between the face and the edge of the respirator, or any other conditions that may prevent a good face-seal

 

STORAGE:

  • The temperature: between minus 20 and 38 Celsius (-20°C — 38°C).
  • The humidity: less than 80%
  • Best before: maximal 3 years after produced

 

HONEYWELL H901 FFP2 MASK FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:

Please follow the steps listed below when it comes to head strap:

  1. Follow these instructions each time respirator is worn.
  2. Cup the respirator in the hand, allowing the head straps to hang freely.
  3. Hold the respirator under the chin with the nosepiece facing outwards. Place the lower head strap around the neck below the ears.
  4. Holding the respirator against the face with one hand, place the top head strap above the ears, around the crown of the head.
  5. Place hands on each side of the respirator and move slightly right, left, up and down, to adjust the position of the respirator and achieve the most optimal fit on the face.

 

FIT-CHECK THE FACE-SEAL AS FOLLOWS:

  1. Place both hands over the respirator – do not disturb the position of the respirator;
  2. Inhale sharply (a negative pressure should be felt inside the respirator);
  3. If you detect air-leaks, readjust the head straps and/or the nose-piece.
